The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers and slippers in the bathroom.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and approaching and the location was magnificent right in front of the Airport bus stop. Plus, it was close enough to local attractions and the Utsunomiya train station.

The room was cozy with a quiet bed, a nice bathroom, central heating, a television, and a fridge that were all good; they had great food and kind staff.

I recently stayed at Chisun Hotel in Utsunomiya for a few days during my trip to Japan. The room size was impressive, one of the largest I've had in the country, with a comfortable bed, small table, and a spacious desk. The view of the city from the room was great as well. The facilities were excellent, especially the four power sockets, which made it easy for us to charge our devices. The location, right across from the train station, was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. And the price was very affordable, offering exceptional value.

This is an economical fairly clean hotel providing spotless and perfect rooms. Also, the location is good, minutes from Utsunomiya Futaarayamajinja Shrine. It's in a nice building in the downtown area.

The value for money at this hotel is wonderful, especially considering its location and access to the JR Nikko line. I loved the attention to detail with the Shiseido toiletries provided in the rooms. The breakfast, especially the option to try Shimotsukare, was fantastic. The buffet offered a good variety with a Japanese influence.

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner, particularly with only three coat hangers provided.

Had perfectly pleasant stay on business trip with amicable staff and best possible location super close to the station. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurant and good breakfast, and transport and facilities.

The free breakfast was okay, and it saved me some money. the staff were helpful in guiding me to the nearest station and market, which were both conveniently located. I also appreciated the fact that the room had a mini-fridge to store my drinks.

The room was quite cramped and uncomfortable, with hardly any space to move around. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat.

You can easily visit nearby areas like Nikko or Nasu with the direct transport links. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern amenities like a hi-tech Japanese toilet and free Wi-Fi. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast that caters to both Japanese and Western tastes.

The hotel staff may not be fluent in English, so communication can be a bit challenging at times.
